The Plaza Homeowners Association is managed on-site by Knapp Properties and our office is open seven days a week. Here you’ll find a property manager, assistant manager, and maintenance technicians available for your needs. You can schedule deliveries, arrange for dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off, and have use of general office equipment like faxing and copying. And of course, there’s no need to worry about shoveling or mowing. We make it easy for your everyday living.
There are currently 185 residential units with guidelines on the number of units that can be subleased to ensure owner interest in the building. Units vary from 650 to 5,000 square feet. There are many opportunities to add your own personal touches and create a unique floor plan… so no condo unit is really the same at The Plaza!
